We will only add tax to your order if you are having your items shipped to anywhere in the state of Indiana. The tax will then be 6% of your total order. The tax will automatically be added to your order total on your order form during the checkout process. If your items are being shipped anywhere other than the state of Indiana, no tax will be charged.

A return form is enclosed in each shipment (on the reverse side of your packing slip). To insure proper credit, fill out the form, and enclose it with the items being returned after you have received a return authorization number from Customer Service. All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 15 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Personalized items may not be returned. Health regulations prohibit the return of any apparel or headwear. For returns originating outside of the U.S. please mark on the box "U.S. goods being returned."
