You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of purchase. If you are returning a gift, you may choose either a credit to your Macy's account, a credit to an existing gift card, or a store merchandise certificate (MOC), which can be used at any Macy's store. If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error. If you paid with a gift card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number(s), enabling you to reuse your gift card(s) toward future purchases online or in-store.
