Simply send the UNUSED item(s) back for an exchange or refund. UNUSED ITEMS, with all of the original tags and packaging must be post-marked to us within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the purchase price. Please note that we can process returns and exchanges only for items purchased from Islandsurf.com. Items are covered for defects for a period of 30 days by islandsurf.com, after that period all warranty \ defects will have to be handled directly with the manufacturer. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
