However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, assuming that returns are made within 30 days of your purchase and that returned items are in their original condition. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. We regret that items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.
